qqph Privacy Policy
At qqph, the privacy and security of your personal information is a core commitment — not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from Filipino players, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and what rights you have over your information under applicable Philippine data privacy law.
How qqph Protects Your Privacy
Six core principles that guide how qqph handles your personal data every single day.
Data Security First
qqph uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — we never store your password in plain text.
You Control Your Data
Registered qqph players have the right to access, correct , and request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations under PAGCOR compliance standards.
No Unauthorized Sharing
qqph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data is only shared with trusted service partners strictly necessary to operate the platform — and only under binding confidentiality agreements.
NPC & PAGCOR Compliant
qqph operates in full compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), in addition to PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
Opt-Out of Marketing
All qqph marketing communications — including SMS alerts, email promotions, and in-app notifications — include a clear opt-out mechanism. You can also manage communication preferences directly from your account settings after login.
Transparent Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Specific retention periods for each data category are detailed in Section 7 of this policy.
Important: This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by qqph through the qqph.pro website, its mobile browser interface, and all related digital services offered under the qqph brand. By registering an account or using qqph services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Who We Are
qqph ("we," "us," or "the Platform") operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at qqph.pro, serving registered players across the Philippines including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and other regions. qqph operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory standards applicable to online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
For the purposes of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), qqph acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data of its registered players and website visitors. Where qqph engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf, those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIP) and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your data subject rights, please refer to Section 13 (Contact & DPO) for the appropriate contact channel.

How We Collect Data
qqph collects personal data through the following mechanisms:
- Directly from you: When you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer, contact customer support via live chat or email, or update your account profile settings.
- Automatically during site use: Through server logs, session tracking, and browser storage technologies (cookies and similar) when you browse the qqph website or use any Platform feature. See Section 6 for full details on cookies and tracking.
- From third-party service providers: qqph may receive limited data from payment processors (such as GCash and PayMaya) to confirm transaction status, and from identity verification service partners during the KYC process. Such data is received only to the extent necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification.
- From your device: Technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browser characteristics are automatically captured when you connect to the Platform. This data is used primarily for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and geo-compliance checks.
Accuracy of Your Data: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data you provide to qqph is accurate, current, and complete. Inaccurate registration data may result in delays in KYC verification and withdrawal processing. You can update most profile information directly from your account settings after login at qqph Login.
Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
qqph processes your personal data for the following specific purposes, each grounded in a recognized legal basis under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
- Account creation and management: To register your qqph account, authenticate your identity at login, and maintain your account profile. Legal basis: Performance of contract.

- Fraud prevention and security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in our Terms & Conditions. Legal basis: Legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- Customer support: To respond to your queries, resolve disputes, process complaints, and maintain records of support interactions. Legal basis: Performance of contract and legitimate interest.
- Responsible gaming compliance: To monitor gaming patterns, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion orders, and provide responsible gaming interventions where appropriate. Legal basis: Legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- Marketing communications: To send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates — but only to players who have opted in to receive such communications. Legal basis: Consent (freely given and withdrawable at any time).
- Platform analytics and improvement: To analyze aggregate usage patterns, optimize Platform performance, and develop new features. Analytics are conducted on anonymized or pseudonymized data where feasible. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
- Regulatory reporting: To fulfill reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law. Legal basis: Legal obligation.
qqph will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.
Sharing Your Data
qqph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT crypto gateway providers receive the minimum financial data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements with qqph.
- KYC and identity verification partners: Third-party identity verification service providers may process your government-issued Philippine ID and selfie data to complete the KYC process on our behalf. These partners are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the verification service they provide to qqph.
- Game software providers: Casino game, bingo, and slot software providers may receive a pseudonymous player identifier and relevant game session data in order to deliver game content, process results, and provide RTP reporting. No directly identifiable data (such as your name or national ID) is shared with game providers.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: qqph will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Fraud prevention networks: In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, limited data may be shared with industry fraud prevention services to protect the integrity of the Platform and other players.
- Professional advisors: Lawyers, auditors, and accountants engaged by qqph may access personal data on a strictly need-to-know basis, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of qqph's business operations, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to any such transfer, and the receiving entity will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
qqph uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The following types of cookies are used:
- Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in, CSRF protection tokens, and cashier session cookies. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
- Analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized or pseudonymized data about how players navigate the Platform — including pages visited, time on page, and navigation paths. This data helps qqph identify areas for improvement. Analytics data is not linked to your personally identifiable account information.
- Preference cookies: Store your language preference, display settings, and notification preferences so the Platform remembers your choices between sessions.
- Security cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent login attempts, bot activity, and other security threats. These cookies record login timestamps, IP addresses, and device fingerprint data for security audit purposes.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the cashier. qqph does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies that profile you across other websites.
Do Not Track: qqph respects browser-level "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals for non-essential analytics cookies. When a DNT signal is detected, only essential and security cookies will be set during your session.

| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |

| Financial transaction records | 10 years from transaction date | Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) |
| Gaming activity logs | 5 years from game session date | PAGCOR compliance, dispute resolution |
| Customer support records | 3 years from last interaction | Legitimate interest, dispute resolution |
| Marketing consent records | Duration of consent + 3 years | NPC requirement to demonstrate consent |

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is either permanently deleted from qqph systems or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual. Data subject to ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigations will be retained until those proceedings are fully resolved, regardless of the standard retention period.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012, registered qqph players have the following rights with respect to their personal data:
- Right to be Informed: You have the right to know what personal data qqph collects about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and who it is shared with. This Privacy Policy is the primary mechanism through which qqph fulfills this obligation.
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data qqph holds about you. Requests will be processed within 15 business days. qqph may charge a reasonable administrative fee for repeat or manifestly excessive requests.
- Right to Correction: If any personal data qqph holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Basic profile information (email address, mobile number) can be updated directly in your account settings. Corrections to KYC identity data require submission of updated documentation.
- Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten: You may request deletion of your personal data. qqph will honor erasure requests to the extent permitted by applicable law. Note that data subject to legal retention obligations (financial transaction records, KYC documents) cannot be erased until the mandatory retention period expires.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, subject to qqph demonstrating compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data you have provided to qqph in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON), for the purpose of transferring that data to another service provider.
- Right to File a Complaint: If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. qqph encourages players to contact our Data Protection Officer (Section 13) first so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to qqph's Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided in Section 13. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days. Identity verification may be required before processing certain requests to protect against unauthorized data access.
Data Security Measures
qqph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
- Transport security: All data transmitted between your browser and qqph servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. qqph enforces HTTPS across all Platform endpoints and uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers.
- Password security: Player passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing with a per-user salt. Plaintext passwords are never stored or transmitted. Password strength requirements are enforced at registration and password change.
- Access controls: Access to player personal data within qqph's internal systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All internal access is logged and subject to regular audit review. Staff with data access undergo regular data privacy training.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): qqph strongly recommends enabling 2FA via your registered Globe or Smart mobile number. 2FA adds a second layer of verification at login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized account access.
- Infrastructure security: qqph servers are hosted in secure, access-controlled data center environments with firewall protection, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability assessments.
- Third-party security standards: All third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC partners, game providers) are required to maintain security standards commensurate with or exceeding qqph's own standards as a condition of their data processing agreements.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected players, qqph will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03 on data breach management.
Minors & Age Verification
qqph strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. qqph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process — all players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID confirming they are at least 21 years old before any withdrawal is processed. If qqph becomes aware that a player has provided false age information during registration, the account will be immediately suspended, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any net gaming losses in accordance with our Terms.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered a qqph account, please contact our support team immediately via live chat so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure and return of any remaining deposit balance.
Parental Controls: qqph strongly recommends that parents and guardians use available device-level parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming platforms. If you have concerns about a minor's exposure to gambling content, please visit the Responsible Gaming page for additional guidance and resources.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of qqph's third-party service providers — including certain game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may be based outside the Philippines and may process personal data in jurisdictions other than the Philippines. In such cases, qqph ensures that cross-border data transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border transfers, specifically:
- The recipient country or organization must provide an adequate level of data protection, or
- qqph has entered into binding contractual clauses with the recipient that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law, or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject (e.g., processing a game round through an internationally hosted game server) and appropriate safeguards are in place.
qqph will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that the NPC has identified as providing inadequate data protection without implementing additional safeguards. If you have questions about specific cross-border transfers, contact the Data Protection Officer (Section 13).
Updates to This Privacy Policy
qqph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new Platform features, changes to applicable Philippine law, or updated PAGCOR or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, qqph will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
- Display a prominent notice on the qqph homepage or in the account notification system for at least 14 days following the update; and
- Where required by law or where changes materially affect your rights, seek fresh consent from affected players before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the qqph Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any update, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your data (subject to applicable retention obligations) in accordance with Section 8.
We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically — at least once every three months — to stay informed about how qqph protects your personal data.
